These pictures where taken in Seattle. It's amazing how a picture can bring you back so many memories. One thing I love about that city, besides the stores and cafes and everything, was the market near the pier where our ship docked. You could see many people selling handcraft and bands playing in the middle of the street like the one in the picture, called "The tallboys" playing folk and wearing the most amazing clothes.

What do you do when a dream comes true?

With a bit of patience, luck, hard work and God's help I got what I wanted...One of my dreams just came true

So I can finally say:

I'M GOING TO WORK IN CRUISE SHIP!!!

yes! I got it and I will be sailing over North America for the next 9 months, starting from 19. I know it'll be hard, but I know I can do it!!!
So this blog is temporarily closed...because I won't have time to post... I'll miss you all!

Today was sunny but not hot enough to be bare leg, I decide to wear self-made dress, tights, crop jacket and vintage floral scarf...

Since I got better net, I could upload many pictures to show my today's outfit

And I did my nails again... this time it took me so long because the design was a little hard for me, specially when doing it with my left hand...trembling all the time

Yes! 3 years ago I started a fashion-related blog named as the way my brother calls me... Poison Mary (because my first name is Maria)... and today I made a cake to celebrate this important day. I've changed so much since the first time I wrote on here. The other day When I woke up at 5:30 in the morning, the sky was clear, so unusual at this time of year when everything gets dark and gray. And the moon was still there, It was such a view from the window of my bathroom... A beautiful way to start the day.

Como ya sabrán (y para las personas que no saben aùn) a mi me gusta mucho las cosas vintage, pienso que tienen un valor muy alto, ya que cada cosa antigua tiene una historia.
Lamentablemente aca donde vivo, me es muy dificil encontrar ropa u objetos vintage, pero siempre hay una excepcion.
Hace unos dias encontre unas cosas por ahi, carteras, zapatos, y algunas prendas de vestir, entonces decidi ponerlas en venta.

...I saw him yesterday and he saw me, he was standing right there, drinking beer, and me, on the second floor drinking pisco, laughing and trying not to hide so he could see me :) he was actually staring at me, like always and I was happy, but the "right moment" didn't happen. I know he is not my ideal man (phisically) but, I don't know, I like him!...I've always liked him and I always will altho I know there is not future for us and it seems he doesn't want to make the first step...

Yes... I love writting everything that happens in my life. Years later, I read it and it always makes me laugh.

Few minutes more and it's my birthday... I will get 24. Oh God! time runs fast. Of course there are many things I would like to get as presents this year. So I made my birthday wishlist, as I can't put all the things I want because then it'd be a never ending list, I'm showing you some of the things that just WOW me.

1.- White Lace Dress: simple but beautiful, this one is from Forever 21

2.- Clogs: this one I saw in Cocorosa's blog and it just wow me ... it's absolutly and completly beautiful... in other words --> The perfect clog ( from su-shi-shop.com)

3.- Bootie sandal: it was love at first sigh, this one is from H&M

4.- Fashion Origami Set: I could never get tired of this, altho I'm not good at Origami, I bet I would learn to make them all. This origami fashion set is from Fredflare.com

5.- Vintage Luggage.- It would be awesome to travel with such bags, I found them at etsy.com... wish they were mine!

6.- Cuzco adventure.- I've been to cuzco some years ago but seeing this picture makes me want to go there again and enjoy every single minute of my staying. (pic taken from somewhere I don't remember)

Yay!!! I'm finally wearing this dress I bought some months ago but it was still winter time so I couldn't wear it at that time. I love the ruffles in the front side and the striped fabric... Because it ties in the neck I got a hair bun... God! I think this is a perfect dress. Wearing it with vintage sunglasses and Gladiator heels.

Now I'm eating delicious vanilla ice-cream with strawberry marmelade, peanuts and fudge... YummY!!!

I can't believe tomorrow we'll say goodbye to 2009 and welcome 2010 which will bring so many surprises, and things that we dont know... it ran so fast that I didn't even notice...

There are so many bad and good things that has happened to me these past days when I didnt write, I've learnt so much, it will be usefull for my life I think.

well as I said... I went shopping to another city and it was great! I've bought so many things for myself and presents for my family ... Wow! I can't believe tomorrow is Christmas...It's the most beautiful time of the year for me and it makes me happy...although these days I've been sad because I make loads of mistakes... but whats a girl to do?

Two nights ago my friend MaryAngela and I met two friends... she was peruvian and he was german, they are travelling together around South America. So yesterday night we went out all together. First we went to this bar called "Barbitas" and we drunk beer... planning where to go to dance. After that we went to a disco called "Boio" and we had so much fun...dancing all night long.

There we met other people. At 2:30 I had to come back home because I worked today (Sunday) and I was falling asleep at work...

Things that has happened last days:

- I got nice tips at work
- I dyed my hair ... from red/orange to black/blue... I love Extreme Makeovers
- I have been sleeping few hours a day
- The sun has been shining
- I lost 3 kilos

Things of today:

- Today it's day off
- I've sleep 3 hours ( again )
- I ate delicious Causa and drunk delicious Chicha morada (peruvian cusine)

About the outfit (It's what I am weating today) the flats are old, the tights are KOKETA, the denim mini-skirt I bought it for 10 soles in a second hand store, the top is from a local store,
and the tee under the top is from KOKETA too, the sunglasses are vintage.

1.- Solo uso dos carteras que son mis favoritas, me es muy dificil encontrarlas a mi gusto
2.- Me encanta la lluvia
3.- No puedo dormir si antes de acostarme no tomo 1 vaso de agua, en mi cuarto se encuentran muchos vasos de agua a medias ..asi como en la pelicula Señales, pero yo ya lo hacia antes jijiji
4.- Soy muy desordenada :(
5.- Me gusta pintarme las manos con lapicero, hacerme dibujitos y estrellitas, anillos y cualquier cosa que se me ocurra
6.- Las personas pueden pensar que soy creida antes de conocerme, es lo que mi persona muestra, pero la verdad es otra :)
7.- Cuando como con mi familia, casi nunca hablo, no me gusta hablar en la mesa

Today it's my day off (weeeee!!!!) I started my day with a smile in my face so I decided to go out and play tourist in my town, It's been rainning all week but today the sun is shinning and it's hot, the mountains turned purple (because of the wild flowers) and it was perfect to see the sea...

I bought this top yesterday and I'm wearing it today with leggings, tee, flats, Eiffel Tower necklace and vintage sunnies...I also bought a beatiful dress which I'll take pic of later...AU REVOIR!!!

Today it's my day off... and this is the way I got dressed... nothing special... just the shoes... they are new (well the jeans also) I wanted to buy t-strap heels but couldnt find them so red flats were my second choise.

The colour is lovely and the bows are so pretty... give them a sweet touch like if they were for a little girl...

and I was also wearing my heart necklace.... the day is sunny...looks like summer actually, must be cuz spring is coming soon... I ate loads of chocolates and I visited my grandma'...
